The SP105 has to be told from the driver's seat: leaving Bosa, the road climbs straight up above the sea and for three quarters of an hour never lets go of the coast — curve after curve suspended over the blue, the scent of Mediterranean scrub filling the cabin and, with a little luck, the griffon vultures of Capo Marrargiu wheeling wide above the windscreen.
